Its a clean car no doubt, but I think you would have an easier time selling it yourself if you lowered the price. With that many miles and it being an e93, I would think you should be in the mid 30s. This is a bad time to sell a drop top as well with the weather getting colder. Ive had good luck using autotrader. Hope you get it sold soon.

If u want my personal opinion.

This car is worth 34500 and I would trade it in at that price which is a lot of money.

Get a prorated refund on the extended warranty and then add it on top of the trade in price.

I would expect 35500-36000 for it realistically.

I sold mine 75k miles all options 30k. Wasn't too bad wanted more like 31.

This is unfortunately not the time to sell a vert. I've had luck with the BMWCCA classifieds. It's free if you're a member. Probably more likely to find someone who appreciates the car vs Craigslist.

What version 2011? Warranty expired? dct or manual? Color? I think 39k is a stretch. More like 35k. I have a 2012 cpo with 33k miles and I suspect mine is barely worth 39k

You're asking too much. This fully loaded 2011 E93 M3 with 20,000 miles on the odometer went for $37,000 last winter.
