Looking for help/references from Hawaii members

Aloha -

My sister lives on Hawaii island (Kona Coast) and has special ordered a new Toyota Tundra TRD Pro (don't ask...) Apparently, she had to order this from a dealer on Oahu, it will be shipped from Texas to Oahu and then shipped to the BI.

She's looking to tint the windows and do s spray in bedliner (the dealer for some reason can't confirm that this package comes with a bedliner although all versions here on the mainland appear to have that).

Ideally, she'd like to find a good shop or shops on the Kona coast but since the truck will also be on Oahu, she can use referrals there to. I don't have a clue about shops in Hawaii and am hoping someone here might have some references.
