I assume coilovers because you stated your new coilovers already have camber plates.

Reading through the product description in link provided above, there is an option section for strut style with OEM style (KW sleeve that I had) and KW V3 as two of the four options. So my guess is it would require getting a different perch from Vorshlag to fit the V3 strut.

I could be wrong but that is how I read it.
