Dashboard question / Swapping / Compatibility

Trading in e93 for e92. e93 has extended leather. e92 does not but otherwise a perfect car - 10K miles, 2013, perfect, comp package, everything I want. I will not like ditching extended leather and the black plastic.

TWO QUESTIONS:

1) Will an E93 dash fit an E92 ? (both with Nav) Would i just disable the knee airbags ? But physically - - will it fit ?

2) Will a 2008 CCC dash fit a 2009+ CIC dash car?

Seeing a few options to purchase an extended leather dash for this new-to-m3 2013 e92, but curious to know if anyone has proof points on above. Leather's lighter than plastic right lol ?
