H&R H.A.S or Coilovers

hey everyone, should I keep my stock EDC with H&R Height adjustable springs? or change to Coilovers. Does the first setup gives better handling? I prefer to keep stock EDC, but if it doesnt improve handling i'll consider to change to Coilover. Any advise?

H&R doesnt make height adjustable springs for our cars.

The two companies that do are KW and Ground Control.

I am running the ground control with custom spring rates and their camber plates. It is a very nice set-up for me since my car is a daily that I autocross about once a month. I have my car almost all the way up on the coils as I don't want my car slammed on the ground. I could drop the car easily another 1-1.5"s from where it sits now. The ride is great and works well with the EDC.

The whole set up is about a grand shipped. A little more than KW but you get the camber plates and custom spring rates. They set up my springs after telling them my mods, tires, etc and what my goal for the car were. I have been extremely happy with them. They also come with adjustable sway bar links for the front.
