intermittent poor stereo audio quality

Hi All,

Just bought a 2011 E92 ZCP 6MT with the HiFi system. About 50% of the time I am getting crap audio from the system. Is this a common issue?

Disregard the song that just happened to be playing on the radio...

Does it do the same with a CD?

Agree with Mike -- does this happen with other sources? (CD, aux, Bluetooth, AM radio, satellite, etc)

Yes does the same with aux in. I haven't tried CD.

Provided the AUX cord/port/wiring is in good shape, it sounds like it would be the AMP. We do have one Hifi AMP in stock. It could also be the head unit but that's less likely.

I was wrong, the CD works fine...it appears that it only happens on radio / aux...strange.

Anyways, let me see if my warranty will cover.
