Looks good to me. I wasnt able to test fit the lip as I have OEM splitters on the bumper. So cant guarantee fitment. Again, its good and the price is right. You get what you pay for though so I am not going to tell you its as good as the real thing.

It comes with mounting screws and bolts. I would definitely use some 3m tape too, but I havent had it fitted. You have to drill the holes and match up the OEM holes if you want it that way.
