M3 Spirits speak out against non-euro seats

Some say reflections, some say illusions... I think I uncovered the real story.

No illusion, it is a paranormal thing! The M3 spirits really believe there should be euro seats in all M3's. Our eyes can not pick it up but sometimes cameras can.

Believe what you want, but the M3 has some powerful spirit in its heritage.

Pics below are from recent US delivered cars:

I'm really confused as to what's going on here. I can't see enough of the seat in the first pic to tell if it's euro or not, and the 2nd doesn't have euro seats...

Too much beers for him maybe lol. Oh well I'm out to have some myself. I guess he will explain himself later.

Nah.. not quite yet. Will be sitting down to watch the Suns and then will certainly have a few.

It was just a frick'n joke, thus the wink.

I found it funny that we all made such a fuss about not having euro seats and then they were "magically" appearing in photos.

hehe Nice one. They really look like euro seats. One was US and the passenger seat looks like euro. I was really confused.

The pics above are just reflections. There are some threads showing the real differences. The euro ones have higher bolsters on the bottom and a stripe running down the center that looks like the reflection in the pics of this thread.

Many, including me, were really bummed to find out that the US model had std 3 series sport seat bottoms vs the euro M3 version, thus my stupid attempt at humor in the OP. I found it funny that pics started appearing of US cars looking like they had euro seats when they really did not.

Ahha, I get it! The Euro Seat has a Triangler Shaped Side Support that Curves
Up then cutts down but the US M3 Seat Side Supports are Just Straight
and the sides dont go as high as the Euro Seats!
Plus there is No Strip on the Bottom of seat & Leg Support on the US M3

Man this Fuckin Sucks BIG TIME!!!!

I had to look not twice but 10 times to get this. My first glance thought it was the Euro version strip instead of the reflection everyone was mentioning. Very good photography, that flash really confused everyone! I was trying to figure out how a car left the factory with 2 different seats?

^ don't worry on some previous pictures I had seen I was thinking the same thing, its hilarious that the reflection is perfectly in the middle of the seat

I checked with my tarot card reader and she said that there was no difference. The dealer uses her too so I was suspicious. So I double checked with my spiritual medium and he advises that the spirits are indeed unhappy about this and yes, they did alter the photonic space-time-matter continuum when that picture was taken. They've also banded together to create a negative karma field around BMW NA headquarters. This explains the lackluster sales of M3 in the US so far. I asked if they were going to keep this up, but the spirits have not yet decided.

See post #84 here: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...=107264&page=4. Bottom upholstery/cushion/bolster is the difference.
