Invisihtich ballmount detach help!!

Hi,

I have trouble detaching the bike carrier receiver and I can't find the manual. After I unlock, what do I do to get it detach? I have not used it for awhile and now I forget.

And what happens to the invisihitch website?

You have to rotate the handle to get the receiver to release.
