Definitely not, I got 17,900 for my E46 with 96k miles and clutch was going out. I got a pretty good deal.

I had a 02 Tiag Smg now an 11 LeMans E90 ZCP
The more seat time in the 90 you'll miss the 46 less. But you do feel the weight diff in the moutains.
