Peeling Carbon fiber roof

So i just picked up my 2013 m3 from a dealership with factory warranty and extended to 100k. I noticed that the clear coat is peeling in a few places on the carbon fiber roof and havent tried to take it in under warranty but i feel like they will not cover it. Has anyone had a similar experience that could help me out. Thanks

If you still have the factory warranty I would see what the dealer can do for you.

Why don't you think they will cover it? If its defective it should be covered under the factory warranty.

My shadowline trim around the side windows was peeling around the edges and the finish on both of my rear wheels was starting to peel and they covered both. In both cases they had to get approval from BMWNA though.

The warranty covers against rust/perforation. That clearcoat damage could've been caused by anything.

Never hurts to ask but I would be very surprised if they cover that.

Did you end up getting an answer from the dealer?
