Unhappy It's been fun...

After terrorizing the roads for 3 years and this forum at least 2, I must give up my 2008 E90 M3. I found my dream house (on 5 acres) 25 miles from town, and the commute includes 6 miles of *one* lane gravel road. This Saturday I'm trading the M3 straight up for a 2014 4x4 Tacoma. Not excited to do this, but the new property is worth it.

I'll be selling my weathertech front and trunk floor mats and I have a ECS TWS oil change kit (TWS) that I'll no longer need. Also have a junk throttle actuator if anyone wants it. PM me or I'll put 'em on the classifieds this weekend. (everything is sold)

No, the hookers aren't staying with the car, PM me for details on those as well.

If I were made of money, I'd keep it for fun, but..... I'm not.

Tewie is on to something. Pave the damn road! I do have some friends in the asphalt/paving industry... hmmmmmmm

What's up in here? Too many long timers are leaving...
I know most of us say we'll never sell the baby, but I guess there's always something that can change a never into a possible.
Glad you found that perfect home...
Have you really considered a 6 mile daily commute on a one lane road? Especially one that's gravel?
I'd ask you about those things that you referenced in your posting in the trunk but we've been advised that is no longer permitted in here so sell them on the black market...
Good luck and do come back to tell us what's up!

Well said. Please stop in once in awhile. Hopefully you'll be back in one someday.

Congrats on the new house. I would've tried to keep the M3 but you know what's best for you. Hope you will be back down the road!

Figured someone should start this up again and see if you decided to sell the Tacoma & the house and buy your M3 back. I'm naming today "Random old thread day". Who doesn't enjoy re reading old threads?

Way to go man, these days when new and interesting threads seems to be thinning out. I'll pop off and dig up some myself, it is that day right...

Helmsman, anytime I can get the approval of someone with your reputation on Bimmer it's a validation I'll take all day long. Yes, it is that day. Plus I am curious as to how the new life is going for Kb.

Haha Loveskiing, You have an uncanny ability to find the word "hooker" in threads. Amazing what humans are capable of when one puts ones mind to something. I can't wait until original OP logs on and sees this thread started up again.
