Can someone please tell me what this is?!?

Knocking noise after installed BC BR could on a e92. Already replaced strut. Checked end links and top mount. All suspension pieces are tight.

Any ideas?!?

Checked. Spring are tight... can't budge them on or off the ground...

Sounds like something isn't seated right, it creaks. Check if the springs are installed properly

Checked springs... I can get under and shake everything and bang it and I can't replicate it.

Was thinking that. Found one side was lose after lowering. Tightened that and the noise was still there. Also, car only has 20k miles.

Sounds like your exhaust is actually loose. It's moving around a bit in the video.

I agree with this...it sounds like a metal taping sound.
It sounds like a light tap against metal.

It doesn't seem like a loud clunking sound (which you typically get from suspension).

Thank you for posting a video. Very helpful!

Wish it were that easy!! That was my first go too as well that I forgot to add. I grabbed that thing and went crazy. It moved a little bit but the exhaust hangers are as tight as could be and can't reenact it. Even when I take my 220 pound body and jump on the rear I can't get it to make noise. ONLY when going over sharp bumps.
