Uh oh curb rash
I screwed up the other day and got some slight curb rash on the passenger rear wheel of my wife's X5. (She hasn't noticed). Any reputable place I can get a (cheap) exact OEM replacement?

Slight rash? Take the wheel to a tire shop that does wheel reconditioning. They can repair it to look like nothing happened to it.

Agreed. Look for a local wheel repair place. A lot of places actually have mobile service and will come to you. You can also call the dealer as they will have a person or company they use. Either way, it will be way cheaper (100-200) to have the wheel repaired instead of buying a whole new wheel.

Plan a dinner date at night after it gets dark and ask her to drive, point out a parallel parking spot near the restaurant and when she gets close to the curb say "Uh oh, I think you accidentally hit the curb" then get out of the car and look and say "It's alright baby, it's just a wheel. I love you".
