Picking up my car in 2 hours!

What a great way to start a Saturday morning. My rep called and asked if I wanted to pick up my car today. I think that was the dumbest question I've heard in years....of course I want to pick it up! The timing couldn't be better because I dropped of my E46 M3 on Thursday and was already feeling M3 withdrawl symptoms.

I'm very excited.

I'll post pics and a brief review between the 2 cars later today.

Thanks. Yeah, not looking forward to writing that check but better than making huge monthly payments for several years. Get it over with quick like ripping off a band-aid right?

Is there anything in particular I need to pay special attention to in regards to the paint??

from reading this forum I would say any oil leak in the engine compartment (should be spotless), normal crank up time, strange noises when closing doors (well assembled car), miles on the clock should be below ~10K, no transportation damage, not enough paint on the lower side of the bumpers can see through OEM color, and again paint job (especially if you ordered JB or JRZ). If you ordered an non metallic color you should not have metallic bits in the paint. Also check that all the electronics works (dealer should walk you through it). Make sure you have the M3 mats. Enjoy !
