Someone's letting their E93 go cheap.
Damn, it looks like the market's taken a hit in the last few months: https://www.carsales.com.au/private/...-4619411/?Cr=0
I wonder what's wrong with it. |

This car has a steering wheel on the right hand side, that alone makes it worth double yours! Last edited by XIX; 08-17-2017 at 01:57 AM.. Reason: A touch harsh |

I'm in the market for an M3 (well, maybe), so have been keeping an eye on prices. There are quite a few high km / early year / less desirable specs / poor condition (I suppose, haven't inspected) that are regularly popping up in the low $40's. They seem to move pretty quickly too.
This is another example. Fairly high km, but appears to be in reasonable condition - https://www.carsales.com.au/private/...-4848844/?Cr=2 This one looks like a good buy - https://www.carsales.com.au/private/...-4709196/?Cr=6 as this https://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/d...14928436/?Cr=0 Last edited by Bakks; 08-17-2017 at 12:58 AM.. |

I was in the market 12 months ago and saw the odd example pop up around $50k, but nothing in the convertible for less than $60. I've had a search running since, I think it's just that the convertibles are far less common, but the cheapest I've seen previously was still north of $50k.
When you put it in context with those hardtop advertisements - yeah, it seems like a reasonable price given it's got 150k on the clock. .... pity my 135i is also now worth 10k less than when I bought it, otherwise I'd look at trading up |

As with all euro cars, and especially moreso with high performance, there is an exponential decline for high km versions. |
