Need the forums help with this one! Installed new brakes in all four corners last week and everything was great, no issues, no noises, nothing. Fast forward to Thursday I drop the car off to get diagnosed DCT pan leaking and that's all good warranty covering. I had to get my car back for the weekend and when they took it for a test drive to make sure everything was proper, they said there was some horrible noise front he right front. Took wheel off and they made sure everything was tight but couldn't figure anything out. Took it home and tried diagnosing today. Had the brakes apart 5 times, changing slide bushings, pad clip, took rotor off and made sure it was sitting flush with hub. Took spacer off and the noise is still there. At slow speeds it's a freak that's turns into a thud when turning wheel left and at speeds vibrates the whole car. It is speed sensitive and is rotational. I'm at a complete loss almost thinking possible bearing went bad but had no symptoms before? It's going back to the shop Tuesday so I'll have them fix it but if anyone can help here's a video from inside the car. It's the only way I can get video to pick it up

I've verified the pads are sitting flush, cleaned slides, greased them again and the bushings. Can I have tightened the slides too much that they're rubbing somewhere? Also here's a pic of everything. It seems when spinning the rotor only part of the pad is contacting the rotor.

After doing some research some more I'm really leaning towards a bad wheel bearing. I'll keep everyone updated

Dude I JUST had this. Even the dealer denied it was the bearing. I could feel the play when I jerked the disc around with the wheel off and sure enough I went for bearing replacement. Voila-sound gone
