Frozen Red @ Buttonwillow Oct 15
Was out at BW yesterday running my stock M4 with no competition package. No performance or aero additions, but did run with Pirelli Trofeo R's (photo below is after 1 full track day and no more than 500 miles on the road). Towards the last few sessions, I managed to stay consistently at 2.06s but never managed to go any lower. I have videos to post from my GoPro if people are interested. I am starting to think because I drive on MDM that traction is cutting me off from most of my exits because I have quite good lines and bringing in tons of speed.
I have not seen another factory Frozen Red around Southern California, so might continue to post photos of mine on here to share! |

Good stuff. The car really looks at home on the track.
How do you find the trofeo Rs? Have you run other tyres at the track to compare? Any suspension/brake upgrades planned? Looks like a bit of front neg (2nd pic) wouldn't go astray.
