Macht Schnell air box adapter

Does anyone know where I can get the Macht Schnell air box adapter?

I have the Stage 2 kit and I didn't need the adapter when I had my '08. Now that I have a '13, I need the adapter and have no idea what I did with mine. Anyone know where I can get one or does anyone have one I can buy from them?
