M4 crashes into roadside artwork

Happened in my hometown, Amsterdam.
No info on what caused the crash. This is an urban, max 50 km/h section.

Luckily though no one got hurt.
The M4 was brand new. What a waste.

This reminds me of the knucklehead who jumped the median coming out of the Blackhawk Museum in Danville with his brand new 2015 M4 in late 2014.
The video of that episode was on this forum almost immediately after.
