Maintenance refresh cost - am i getting ripped off?

I have a 2016 M4 I purchased used in Nov. 2017 at 23,500 miles. It's at 27,250 miles as of today. I was quoted $1300 for a maintenance refresh. I found an older thread from 2017 saying how others were quoted $750 or so. Can anyone provide some insight, or hook me up with better pricing than what I was quoted? I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Maybe this is why pricing is so much higher than what I was expecting? Thanks in advance.

I paid $100 when I assumed a lease for the refresh

I paid 600+100 for mine when I purchased a used '17 M3 from a BMW Dealer. They are trying to make some money off of you. Tell them you know its suppose to be 700$ for the maintenance refresh and won't accept any higher.

Thanks guys, for your responses. I called BMW of Fremont and they quoted me $700. Looks like I'll be driving there today to get this taken care of. It was Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara that quoted me $1300. Hoping this helps anyone in the SF Bay Area that's in a similar situation.
