G05 Crystal Gear Selector on an F16

I ordered my wife a 2019 X6 because she preferred the look, but she loved the crystal gear selector on the new G05 X5's.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the crystal head selector bought on its own and installed on an F16? Thanks!

Funny my wife wondered if it would fit on her F15 when she saw it at the X7 reveal.
