Noise when fully closing left (driver) door

Recently noticed a squeek when fully closing (one touch - automatic close) on the left door. The issue is that once the window is fully close one can hear squeeking noise as if the window is still trying to fully close. It sounds as if it keeps pulling the window up for another 5 or so seconds and perhaps even another sound nearing 7 or 8 seconds. Thing is car is under warranty still and would like to know if it should be addressed. Does it strain the window mechanisam? Will go to the dealer next week on maintenance but would like to know more before the dealer informs me it is "normal" and a different response if something gets broken after warranty.
