Need a good indy shop in Minneapolis

I'm in Edina, though I travel to St. Paul some. I can do normal PM stuff myself, but who do you folks use for these categories of work?
  1. Tires/suspension/brakes
  2. Engine diagnostics, small stuff (plugs, coils, hoses, etc.)
  3. Engine big stuff (God forbid)
  4. Body repair/paint/detailing

Thanks!

I'm not in Edina, but your x5 is 2017, so it should still have factory warranty. Hence I would recommend to NOT flash or tune your n63tu engine and you'll have big stuff covered by warranty (including engine replacement if needed). That's most expensive part in your x5 by far.
Everything else is manageable.

Small stuff like plugs, coils, hoses - can be DIY as 50i has easy enough access to coils and spark plugs. You can order parts online and DIY once in every 3-4 years (so it's not really urgent and is manageable). There is thread on 50i spark plug replacement and you only need couple simple tools (engine cover is removable easily in 2 seconds and you'll have all coils exposed for replacement). Also, I'm not sure but coils might be covered as well by warranty.
Tires folks here usually order online via tire rack to any local tire shop for install.
Suspension you don't really need to touch, except if you'll get infamous lower control arm noise - there's thread for that.
Brakes you can order parts online and do at any shop (no complex work there, so no surprises)
Body repair and paint, is better left for insurance if God forbid something happens.
Detailing is probably easy enough to DIY - there's a good thread about it and all you really need is 2-3 products to apply once a month (give or take).
Depending on your time, abilities and tools - you can DIY or delegate some of this to indy shops. However, from my experience they like to charge premium when they see x5 50i.
