Replace or refurbish?

Just washed the E93 and there's a good amount of condensation in my passenger side headlight. The driver side is hazy (I regularly polish it back) but they're still the old school yellow.
Rather than hassle with it, and seeing new pairs for 5-600, should I just get new ones?
I can get updated looks, leds, etc.
I have the "moving" lights (brain farting the actual name right meow)

Any suggestions or warnings? Or recs on vendors?

Self/Auto leveling, adjustment, adaptive?

The ones that level and corner. But that feature isn't something I care about, just curious if it matters if switching to something aftermarket.

No knowledge here, but I was able to code out some faulty light issues in my previous E53 X5, I think as long as you can code it out it shouldn't be a problem
