Veepeak OBDii, What app to use?

Hey everyone, I've coded my car using Bimmercode and Veepeak BLE; I was wondering what app should I download for error codes and for real-time values. I'm looking for an app on iOS. I saw the list of apps suggested on Veepeak site but was wondering which one works best with it for a 2014 X5. It had a long list so I couldn't check all of their reviews. Does anyone have a good suggestions?

List of apps:

Yes but I'm thinking I already paid 30$ for Bimmercode and is it worth it getting bimmerlink app? It's another 30$.
Do we have any free apps that gives us real-time values?

Well they are two separate things. BimmerCode, for coding, is more of every day usability. BimmerLink is more for the DIY and maintenance oriented person. Two different user bases. While I agree, all in one would make more sense, it is a handy tool that works well. Atleast thats how I talked my self into buying them both. Haha.

There's a free version of Torque, but not sure if it shows anything good. Most people get TorquePro.

Hahaha I know I will talk myself into it as well the same way but in sometime because I just got the obdii and the app a few days ago. TorquePro is android only but I think might just use that as I have a spare android phone. Thank you.

The only thing better than Bimmerlink at identifying the error codes and their meaning is ISTA, but for that you need a windows computer and at least ENET cable.

The real question here is: do you want something cheap (free) or do you want something useful?
Many OBD apps will give you generic error codes (eg: E00473) but that will be useless...

For now I would go for something cheap or free but if that doesn't work out I will get bimmerlink. I already have the generic error code for my car but it doesn't specifically tell me what's wrong. It's pretty vague. Anything better and free? Plus something to monitor real-time values as well

E-Sys cable is $15, you can get ISTA and E-Sys for free, does everything for you. What do you want to monitor in the real time? Can you introduce yourself to the search function of this forum, this has being discussed many times, please stop generating random threads over and over again.
