Angry 2017 F80 M3 Collision/Damage Opinions

All,
New to the forum, I purchased a preowned certified 2017 M3 about a year ago with 9K miles (Competition). I was at a redlight and there was a high speed collision (cars traveling 45-60 mph) which then bulldozed into the front end of my car. I was spun 100 degrees from a still position and took out a street sign. I wanted to get your all opinions on the damage as it appears to me the frame is damaged. Currently, there are 29K on the car as it stands and KBB states the current value is approximately 40-45K. Let me know what you all think, if the insurance company does not total it, Im going to be filing a diminished value claim especially if the frame is damaged. Anyone have luck with those? At the scene there was radiator fluid everywhere both the other drivers were transported to the hospital. I was able to start the car afterwards, but not driveable by any means, and the driver side door is impinged and not opening properly.

Thanks again for your opinions. Attached are the photos. Let me know if you think its totalled or any advice on dealing with insurance.

Chris

Looks like a total to me but who knows. 40-45k is low based on today's market where the f80 is a hot commodity. I would think closer to 50k is where you should be. Make sure they know this isn't. Regular 3 series we're talking about here..

I hope you are OK. That's the main goal. Is your car in a shop waiting for a teardown and inspection?
