Gaps between body panels

I have been driving a lot of WAG group cars but only recently switched to Bayerische. In general, it bothers me how uneven is the fitment of panels and trims. Maybe it has been covered here many times (sry but I couldn't find) but on mine (2016 30d) the most visible are the gaps between A-pillars and fenders. When I browse pictures on the web you kinda can see similar ones but since all the pictures are generic views you can't really tell. So do you have the same or is mine somehow "special"?

That looks a bit too off to me. Unless the angle of picture, makes it look worse?
My X5 has way less gap at the A pillar from a quick view.

I will check mine but to me it does look like it is sticking out too much.

My 2019 X6 is like that too, but not as bad.

I have to admit the angle of the picture is chosen so it would look as bad as it gets just to point out what I mean. But nevertheless it's not something that should belong to a 70k car.
Somewhere here is a "random shot" thread and there are also cars where it is kinda visible, but as they are not close photos I can't tell for sure if the gaps are as bad as on mine.

Or you could compare similarly composed photos.

Here's how the gaps look like on our 2015 f15 (black) and 2016 f16 (white), not too bad but not perfect either.

Seems to be something the Bayer engineers haven't solved till the end. Reminds me of ML Mercs where the fenders and front doors never matched. Some said it's designed so to keep the wind noise down, some said it's s***y workmanship. Maybe the same with X-s.

I have this same issue. Did you ever get it resolved?
