Seeking advice on buying a used f80

Long time lurker here.

I finally found an F80 the exact way I wanted one. But going through the carfax history I found some things that are strange and seeking advice.

So from July 8 until Januray 29 when the car was sold to this local dealer the previous owner only put 2k miles on within a 6 month period.

Also on September 9th they repaired the Valve rocker arm(s)

Should I stay away from this one or buy it? What do you guys think?

This is the link to the carfax https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...8M9C39H5G85093

Thanks!

I think that might be a generic car fax stamp. That is the third oil change so it's the "major one".

6 months (July to January) with just 2000miles: the pandemic & lockdowns may affect the car usage.

Seems like a good deal. I barely put 2k miles on the car over the past year due to covid. I wouldn't let that deter you.

On the valve rocker arm, that’s likely just due to some audible valve tick that developed. No biggie, wouldn’t cause me any concern
