Which extended warranty to buy once out of CPO

Folks,

Looking for a recommendation to buy an extended warranty once you are out of CPO. Any recommendations?

I bought BMW CPO Wrap - unlimited 7 years and no deductible bumper to bumper for $3,900.

Did you buy it once your CPO was over or before that?

I got the exact same deal from a BMW dealer on this forum, while my car was under both original and CPO warranty. I am guessing any 2018 would be in the same boat…

I'm thinking if I should cancel my 5 year/65k mile warranty (car already has 37k but I drive like 3k annually so I'll be covered for 5 years from when I bought it. Paid $2700 for that, but the car is also CPO. I'm thinking if I cancel that coverage, I still have my factory warranty for a month, it expires beginning of May, but I can pick up the 7 year CPO wrap for $3900... 2 more years for 1200. Think its worth it? FCX5 REN2230

If you plan to keep it for 7 years the CPO wrap is a good option for peace of mind. IMHO.

Which dealer did you get that deal from? If you don't mind me asking. I'll reach out.

Steve Thomas BMW, I believe they are a forum sponsor. Their standard rate price is $4,000. I got $100 off. Well worth it since I have a long way to go on my X5 still and there are several BMW dealers around me so getting everything done at the dealer is just easier. It is comprehensive, so better than just the CPO.

How is it better than just CPO. Sorry, I am a noob when it comes to these terms.

Edit: Can you also PM me his details, would really appreciate that!
