2014 x5 xLine trim removal question

Im looking to start blacking out much of the exterior satin aluminum trim on my xLine but am having troubles finding info on how to remove certain pieces.

The two that I cannot figure out are the grill inserts in front bumper right and left lower grills and then also the aluminum piece on the running boards.

The lower grill part (Both sides): https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...t/51117308043/

Running board part: https://c1552172.ssl.cf0.rackcdn.com/654366_x800.webp

The parts breakdowns I have found all show that those pieces are separate and not permanently attached to the rest of the car but I wanted to make sure I don't break them removing them so I'm looking for some instructions. Can anybody point me in that direction?
