I can't decide e92 335i or M3!!! Help.
Hey guys, I noticed a bunch of guys previously owned a 335i. I would really like to know why you traded up to an m3. I cannot make up my mind. I will be ordering one or the other by the end of the weekend. I want to be sure I make the right decision.
I drove them both and still cannot decide. My views for now: If I get a 335i there will be some modding jb3, full exhaust, wheels etc.(probably more because I am sure you guys know once you start you can't stop) The M3 would probably get wheels intake and exhaust IDK ( but less modding since its 1.more expensive and 2. already more sporty) Thanks for listening! I look forward to reading your point of views. |

For $10K-20K you are getting 2-3 times the car if you go with a //M3, Plus DCT!!!
Add in the 0.9% Finance Rates for a 2008 and Invoice Pricing or 3.9% for a 2009 with iDrive 2.0 and you would be insane not to get an //M3. But I am biased...just got mine today 11/5. 2009 e90 //M3 Sedan IB/Red Fox Leather, DCT. That was Easy. Cheers, PS Debated the 335i vs. //M3 also and the add-ons to make a super 335i are almost as much as the //M3 with everything already included. |

If you have to ask, you don't really want an M. For most M buyers, the question is not to M or not to M? It's what color M?

I am sure that whichever option you select you have to make sure you are happy with the choice. Sometimes, its best not to ask others but to do/get what your gut tells you. If you are inclined to crazy modding by all means the 335 is the way to go but if you are keen on raw engine power and precision handling then the M is the way to go. Don't be disheartened by mod options for M, cos i am sure there will be loads of stuff available. Its all a matter of time and suiting out what you really want from the car. Enjoy whichever car you get thats the best advice i can give.

How can one not able to decide between a 335i and an M3????
M3 is a "mod" that you can never put on an 335i! When the M3 1st released, I never ever look at a 335i the same. |
