2016 BMW x5 LED headlight need help with module programming

I bought new modules for headlight, assuming it's have to be programming but I don't now how. Need help
I have ISTA+ Esysplus and NCS expert

Did you retrofit new LED headlights from Xenons? just curious.

actually got the car from auction and someone stole modules from headlights, so I bought new one main module and turn signal module I guess)
