Larger tires for 20 in rims

Has anyone tried putting on larger tires on 20 inch oem staggered setup?
The standard setup is 275/40/20 and 315/35/20, I'm curious if anyone is running 285/40/20 and 325/35/20?

That is standard X5M size. You can run it on regular X5 without a problem, it just limits your tires selection. I have 611M wheels from F85 but running F15 tires with F275/40/20, R315/35/20 . You are talking about 1 cm difference your probably won't even notice.

I don't have pictures on an F15, but I do on my E53. Be careful with the 325/35/20 tire size. Last time I checked there is only one tire available in that size. Pirelli Pzero for ~$550/each. I have a new pair here waiting to go on as I need a new pair of fronts now. 285/40's are much easier (and cheaper) to come by.

I really wanted larger rubber for my new 20's as my front wheels are 10.5 wide but couldn't find anything in my budget.
