2018 M5 x35i F15 N55 Mods

Soon to be new owner, what should I do?
Am thinking:
- Stage 1 Bootmod3
- N55 1-Step Colder NGK 97506 Spark Plugs
- Ignition Coils
- Burger Cold Air Intake
- Performance air filter
- VRS Race Intercooler
- VRS Charge Pipe
- VRS Catless downpipe

Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?
Thanks!

I think the Wagner Inter cooler is generally considered the better unit from a figment standpoint.

It seems like a struggle with anything but the Wagner.

Congrats on the x5 - it sounds like it’s going to be a lot of fun with those mods.

I’d also recommend putting some money towards suspension. The front control arms wear out surpassingly fast.

Seems kind of early for ignition coils. how many miles are on the X5?

How about some exterior mods like a front splitter or rear diffuser.

VRSF Intercooler does seem to have decent fitment but like stated the wagner is the top shelf. You mod list looks good, but if you're going catless downpipe then go w/ BM3 Stage 2 flash tune. You can pay an extra $50 to get unlimited BM3 maps. I flashed stage 1 initially before my dp install and let me tell you it's a night and day difference from stock. Peak boost stock was 10 psi. The BM3 stage 1 tune bumped it up to peak of 18 psi. Talk about feeling a difference! Stage 2 peaks around 19-20 psi, but the catless dp does free up a ton of power. Overall, I'm super happy with mine being Stage 2 currently. Mine has an exhaust so between the muffler and turbo sounds, it sounds mean!

Great input, sounds mean! I am waffling on the downpipes (this is the family car), but great point on stage 2.

Thanks everyone on steering me clear of VRSF intercooler, will def go Wagner.
Agreed, I'm early to replace ignition coils and haven't considered suspension/wheels/tires - will after driving/handling.

Aesthetics - likely black grill & side vent covers. The front splitter & rear diffuser look has never done it for me, may add tow hitch.
And, of course:
