After market steering wheel for my M4

Hey, I'm new to the forum and I need a bit of help. Not sure if anyone has had this issue but I bought a used aftermarket steering wheel with the leds. I've plugged in the adapter for the OBD port and fitted in the steering. The LEDs for the revs come up but the middle display does not come on.

Would appreciate if anyone can give me any info at all.

Best advice I could offer is reinstall your oem wheel
