APEX | Tanzanite Blue F80 M3 on Forged 18" VS-5RS Sprint™ Line Wheels

Tanzanite Blue F80 M3 | Featuring APEX 18” VS-5RS Sprint™ Line Wheels

Earlier this year we were excited to get a sample set of our brand new forged VS-5RS wheels on our friend Sina’s F80 M3. These wheels are leading the charge for our Sprint™ Line designs in 5x120 BMW fitments and are the lightest wheels we’ve ever made. Their weight was a massive point of focus for us, but equally as important was being able to offer chassis-specific widths and offsets engineered for the F8X M3 and M4 community.

We recently featured a track-oriented M4, but Sina’s M3 gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase the bolt-on nature of this fitment. Despite providing a meaningful increase in wheel and tire width both front and rear, this staggered fitment is a direct bolt-on fit compatible with mild lowering springs and the OE alignment. For street customers prioritizing aesthetics or looking for CCB clearances, we have 19” Sprint Line wheels arriving in March next year in both our VS-5RS and EC-7RS designs with more options in the pipeline.

Paging BMW owners in the Bay area! If you're interested in free professional photos of your car on brand new APEX wheels, we are looking for volunteers for testfiitting and photoshoots! Volunteers will get copies of the photos, a discount on a set of APEX wheels, and APEX goodies/swag. If you're interested in volunteering, please email us at info@apexraceparts.com with your contact information, location, and a photo of your car. All are welcome. Show us what you've got!

If you'd like to take an inside look at what these photoshoots involve, our good friend Blake made a video detailing the process of an 18" test fitment on his F82 M4 recently:
