Ive been trying to contact regarding a claim case i have for about the past month or so and i keep getting disconnected when i dial the number or theres an unusually long wit time. has anyone got thru recently or is there something wrong with the number. Ive been dialing 1-800-831-1117. Also is there another means of contact i may try. Thanks
