Hey so, I'm getting the run around from the car shipping company the dealership recommended. Any one know a great quick reliable service that operates in New York State?

I've got a car in transit right now with montway. But they're just a broker that hires out to complete the work. It's been convenient so far, but I'll let you know how it ends.

Mine was dropped off last night around 9:30p. I can't complain about the actual transport service, however there was a mix-up on which driver was assigned my load. (Montway gives you the cell number of the driver). So there was a little bit of confusion when I called the driver I thought was hauling my car and he had no clue what I was talking about. After calling central dispatch everything was figured out.

As for time frames, I posted my preferred pickup date of 12/30/21 on 12/28. Driver was dispatched 1/3 was picked up 1/4 in Alabama, delivered to NY 1/5. It was pretty fast if I'm honest. I went with an enclosed hauler, it ended up being two guys with a Cummins and a single car hauler.

Check RunBuggy. They are like the Uber of auto shipping and can do everything from open carrier to white glove delivery.

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience shipping vehicles. However, my good friend is President of RunBuggy and we talk frequently about what they are doing. I've referred a few people from here to them and I don't recall any negative experiences.

I do know that they are a full service provider (licensed, insured, etc) as well as have live agents to speak with when needed.

Email sales@runbuggy.com and they can get you situated with answers to questions that you might have.

I'd do closed carry, I had my M4 transported via open carry and it got a ton of chips and slight damages that weren't there before.

Dealing with car shipping can be a hassle. If you're looking for a quick and reliable service in New York State, I'd recommend checking out https://www.a1autotransport.com/motorcycles/. They have a good reputation for their services, and you might find what you're looking for. Also, consider asking for recommendations from friends or family in your area; personal experiences can be a valuable resource.
