Anthracite or Silver EC-7 on an Alpine white E90?

Which color should I go with? I'm having a hard time deciding...

Anthracite for me..I have mineral white M3 and both white color match it very well.

Have not put the trigger yet for me. 😀

Personally I am not a fan of dark wheels on a white or black car. I do like them on other colors however. Nothing better to me than a nice silver wheel on white.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of dark/black wheels because you can't even see the design of the wheel. I figured anthracite might be a good middle ground between black and silver wheels. Ideally I'd like to see some anthracite EC7s in person.

Hey. These aren’t ec7s but these are my 359’s in a gunmetal/anthracite color on my AW E93. I like the contrast much more than black. Hope this helps somewhat!

I've always felt that Apex's anthracite is too dark. They remind me of a brake dust gray. If they were closer to silver than black then they would be a good option. I like rims to pop a bit rather than get lost with black tires.

Do you have photo for Mineral White with EC7 Race Sliver? my photo above should be Alpine White with EC7 anthracite, MW paired with EC7 anthracite may be a little differnent contrast.

My Mineral White with OEM 359 painted with gloss metallic gray, look great!
Suppose gloss metallic gray is same color catagory like Anthracite.
Have not seen Anthracite color in person yet.

OEM 359 Sliver looks great as well on Mineral White.

Silver is cleaner, anthracite is meaner (and easier to clean!).

My car came with powder coated anthracite 359s. I liked them for a few years and then replaced with an original Hyper Silver set. I like silver more, but still like gunmetal wheels too. I think if a car is closer to stock looking, silver works better. If it's modified up a bit, gunmetal works well. Whatever floats your boat!

I may have the same thought like you. Really want to have a set of brand new OEM 359 sliver....even only own my M3 for 1 year.
