Can this pass emission?
If I understand correctly, Virginia allows one "not complete". I just checked my MHD status and it shows all ready except three "not available". "Not Available" should mean, not applicable to the platform thus not cause emission failure, but not sure. My emission is not until late 2023, so got plenty of time.

Not available just means that portion of the system is not applicable to the car, i.e. no catalyst heater. What you are worried about is a monitor not ready or not set. In other words you should pass emissions.

Great, looks like I could pass emission with stage 1 and not have to revert to stock! Now I just need to find a catted downpipe that can behave the same as OEM (200 Cel pipe with mini o2 with 400 cel?) and go to stage 2!
