Milometer & Clock Reset

Hi

As title suggests, my X5 (2015) milometer had reset itself back to zero this morning and I had a warning message asking me to reset my clock (Although I didn't need to as it righted itself).

Randomly I also heard a car alarm going off during the night, I checked and it didn't appear to be mine, not sure if the two things are connected.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Tia

Original battery? Low voltage warnings?

I've had similar things happen as my battery started getting old (4.5 years). Also had this "reset" occur after over the air software updates like when my connected drive services expired post warranty period.
