There's no way for anyone to answer this from pictures. The difference in camshaft degrees between running properly and not starting is precise and not something you can assess by looking at pictures of the top end.
You need a cam timing tools for S65, lock the crank at #1 TDC, then perform the process for checking timing as outlined in TIS. |

and for the love of (insert deity here) DO NOT put it back together without checking the timing with an actual, OEM timing tool, or not starting could be the least of your worries.
