Ohlins Height and Preload

Question about the recommended settings. Height is 158mm and preload is 194mm. Adjustment range 15mm

If I lower height to 148mm do I also change the preload by the same amount? If so is it 184mm or 204mm

Ohlins R/T height is separately adjustable from the preload. Preload is set by the lower spring collar. Height is set by the [gold] collar which the spindle clamps onto.
