What's a good price to pay for this M4

Looking to purchase this 2016 M4 from a private seller. Only has 9300 miles and he's asking for $48.6k. What would be a good price for this and how much would it depreciate in the next 2 years?

It has Premium & Technology Pkg with Adaptive Suspension and swift lowering springs.

If this car doesn't have any damage history then you're getting away with a steal. Bonus points if it's a one owner car.

Can't see that car going for much less. Maybe 46-47k but even that is pushing it IMO

Market seemed to have come down for these but that's a good deal

seems like a good deal. is the price lower because it is a DCT?
