Power steering

Lost my water pump and alternator belt, it took out my a/c and power steering belt. I bought the kit ,replace everything.start the car run’s and sounds good,but when I went to pull it out of my driveway I had no power steering.anyone have any thoughts? I have a 08’ E93 .

Could be a belt/belt routing issue?
There are 2 different pumps for the early cars, clockwise and counter-clockwise.

My understanding is that the belt runs on top of the P/S pulley on early revision and under the pulley on the later units.

My car is also an '08, but it's manufacturing date is later in the year, and it runs under the pulley.

100% that is his problem. I used this on my 2011.
