Noob AW vert

Hello all, been lurking the forums for a couple weeks. Great community !
Im a new owner of an AW vert. Will have photos when the car is cleaned.

Had a bad experience the second day i acquired the car. Driving down the freeway a huge rock flew onto the windshield and caused a chip/dimple into the glass.Talk about bad luck. Is there anything i can do to prevent the glass from chipping further or even cracking.

Also, i wanted to know if you vert owners recieved the wind deflector with the car? because i dont seem to have one. Is this piece purchased separately ?

congrats!! sucks about the windshield and your probably going to have to purchase your own wind deflector...
