Ran up to the Ring today

Most of the track was dry, but some of the shaded parts were just too icy...23 F. Actually had more fun playing with a Z4M on the way up...

Also saw a really cool TVR, check out the pic...had a really aggressive sound to it.

ha, i've seen everything from a Veryon to a 15 passenger van running up there...I even saw a snack bar truck with the passenger drinking a Bitburger beer...

I was just up in Spang a week ago. I think I'd be too chicken to drive really hard on the ring with my car in the winter.

It's a US spec car that I bougth throught the military sales program...I can buy parts from the local dealership w/out tax so I may buy the euro bumper...just keeping an eye on the exchange rate.

How long are you in Germany for? I'm due to go to the NCO Acadamy in September and I'm planning on driving my M down. Would be a opportunity for a meet and Some Kostrizer beer!

We are arranging a trip in May - keep your eyes peeled Should be about 15 or more cars from the UK and trying to get the rest of the european guys to come as well

My DEROS is Jul 08, but hoping for Stuttgart next assignment....
