Help drive cycle

I need help passing smog, everything works but the OBD2 reads:
O2 sensor incomplete
CAT incomplete
Secondary air system incomplete
been trying different things recommended here and there, mind you I also have not tags nor plate for the car unless I pass smog. Any suggestion or ideas please let me know. I drive a 2008 BMW E93.

  • Start engine, idle for ~ 2 minutes
  • Drive 20-30 mph for ~ 3 minutes
  • Drive 40-60 mph for ~ 15 minutes
  • Idle for ~ 5 minutes

Accelerate gradually, no big throttle changes, don't exceed 3000 rpm & 60 mph. Not sure if you've tried this yet but this has always worked for me.

If there are no errors in DME and no problems with the car (such as stuck thermostat - aka the car will not stay in operation temperature) then go for a long drive and everything will be fine. Btw you can check status of these tests on your own with OBD2 reader such as CarScanner (emission tests section).

Get on the freeway late at night and park yourself in the slow lane at 60mph for a good 20-30 minutes. Get off the freeway and then do the same thing again going back home. Keep it under 60mph the entire drive. Works for me every time.

Don't really park on the freeway though.
