Inclusive service package extenstion 2017 X5 40dM, 5 Years 90000KM

Hi,

I went to BMW garage for EGR cooler replacement as a bmw recall for my X5, 40d M sports pack 2017 Year currently 90000KM

My dashboard showing service now, and I requested to schedule 100K KM Big service including oil, filter replacement and 100000 Auto check with break fluid, this is all should be done free of cost since i am having 5 years inclusive service package expiring in End of Jan 2023.

But service engineer refused for service, as he said, vehicle is done done only 19K KM from previous service in 2021 and he can do the service in October 2023 or 100000 KM, so I need to drive at least another 11000 or min 6000KM in order to eligible complete service.

I don't think I can drive 6000km end of this month, it means this last inclusive service package will not be used, However they offered me 1 year extension upto 100k KM @ 250 Euro and they promised for free service in this offer and 1100 Euro extra for rear break replacement.
